Job Description: Experience: 5–8 years Budget: Up to ₹22 LPA Location: • Gurugram – Sector 67 • Bangalore – Near Ulsoor Lake (Local candidates only) Interview Process: • 2 Technical Rounds (Virtual) • 1 Cultural Discussion (Face-to-Face) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain LookML models aligned with entity mapping logic and business rules Collaborate with Backend and Data Engineering teams to ensure BigQuery structures meet Looker security and performance standards Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance policies in Looker Validate dashboards to enforce access control and prevent cross-entity data leakage Optimize LookML queries and dashboard performance Manage semantic layers and Looker governance standards Document best practices and conduct internal training/onboarding sessions Act as a BI platform SME bridging analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in BI or Analytics Platform Engineering Strong expertise in Looker (LookML, Explores, Dashboards, RLS, Governance) Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery (query design, optimization, Looker integration) Experience with dashboard governance, semantic modeling, and performance optimization Familiarity with data security, Git, and CI/CD workflows for BI tools Strong analytical and communication skills
