Job Description: PFB the new role: Looking for immediate joiner (don't share 30 days, 60 days NP please drop) Budget: 23 LPA Location: Gurgaon and Bangalore without Looker exp will not consider Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using LookML and Google BigQuery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BI platform governance, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with data engineering teams to ensure secure, performant, and consistent access to business data. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain LookML models aligned with entity mapping logic and business rules. Collaborate with Backend and Data Engineering teams to ensure BigQuery structures meet Looker’s security and performance requirements. Conduct dashboard validation and testing to enforce access control and prevent cross-entity data leakage. Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance policies in Looker. Monitor dashboard performance, optimize LookML queries, and manage semantic layers. Document and maintain Looker governance policies, standards, and best practices. Conduct internal training sessions and onboarding for teams on Looker usage and data governance. Serve as a subject matter expert for BI platform management, bridging analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics platform engineering. Strong proficiency in Looker – LookML modeling, explores, dashboards, RLS, and governance. Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery (query design, optimization, integration with Looker). Proven ability to bridge data engineering and BI platform management. Experience with dashboard governance, semantic modeling, and performance optimization. Familiarity with data security, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows for BI tools. Excellent analytical and communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
