Job Title : WAREHOUSE INCHARGE

Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of smart meters and related materials. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of stock movements. • Coordinate with project teams for timely material availability at various project sites. • Ensure material handling, stacking, and storage as per safety and quality standards. • Track inward/outward materials through ERP/MIS systems and reconcile with physical stock. • Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies to management. • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures. • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth material transportation. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with knowledge of logistics/supply chain). • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in utility or infrastructure projects. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/Inventory software. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Preference will be given to local candidates from Punjab.
