Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calls, referrals, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and broker networks. Maintain and update a strong pipeline of qualified leads in CRM systems. Attend property fairs, local events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate inquiries. 2. Client Handling & Consultation Understand client requirements regarding budget, location, layout, amenities, and investment purpose. Provide accurate and detailed information on property features, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and project approvals. Build strong rapport with prospects to guide them in making informed decisions. 3. Site Visits & Property Showcasing Organize and conduct site visits and project tours for potential buyers. Present property units (flats and residential properties) professionally, highlighting unique selling points. Coordinate with site teams to ensure availability, cleanliness, and readiness of units for viewing. 4. Sales Negotiation & Closure Negotiate pricing, offers, and terms within company guidelines. Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings and finalize deals. Coordinate with finance, legal, and documentation teams for agreement drafting, payment collection, and handover. 5. Market Knowledge & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on market trends, pricing, government policies, and competitor projects. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market demand, and product positioning. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, bookings, cancellations, and sales reports. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed on time. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (flats/residential preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and build long-term relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
