Role Summary: The Pre-Sales Business Analyst will work closely with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs, design IT service solutions, and manage the end-to-end pre-sales process. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, solution design, business insight, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze customer requirements and design digital solutions aligned with business goals. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to create solution architectures, estimations, and pricing. β€’ Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and product demos to showcase solution value. β€’ Support pre-sales documentation such as case studies, whitepapers, and technical briefs. β€’ Participate in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. β€’ Advise sales on positioning, go-to-market strategies, and client engagement. β€’ Stay updated on technology trends and act as a subject-matter expert during client discussions. Must-Have Skills: β€’ 5–10 years in pre-sales or solution consulting within IT services. β€’ Experience designing solutions for application development and digital transformation. β€’ Strong understanding of proposal processes, including RFP responses and solution documentation. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage senior stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and various technology stacks. β€’ Analytical thinking and problem-solving for complex business scenarios. Good-to-Have Skills: β€’ Exposure to AI, IoT, Cloud-native solutions, Automation, and Data Analytics. β€’ Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors. β€’ Experience creating sales enablement content such as whitepapers, PoVs, or case studies.
